This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents particularly the 2nd respondent to cancel patta No. 27105 and issue patta in the name of the petitioner for plot No. 91 measuring 2800 sq.ft situated in V.G.P. Golden Beach, Uthandi Part-I Layout comprised in Survey No.2/74 Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai district based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2025 within a time frame fixed by this court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ 2/4

petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if there are, and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
