A.No.5029 of 2022 A.No.5029 of 2022 in C.S.No.78 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The application has been filed seeking permission to produce one further document by the plaintiff namely the Statement of Accounts of Dhanalakshmi Bank Limited, Kilpauk Branch with respect to April 2022 which reflects, the Demand Draft No.057950, dated 12.04.2022 purchased in the name of the defendant V.Latha as an additional document.

2. The learned counsel for the defendant states that he would like to file counter.

3. But, I would rather take the document on record and permit marking of the said document during the course of evidence, subject to relevancy and proof in manner known to law.

4. If the defendant wants to put that document to test, the defendant is straight away given permission to issue summons to the Branch Manager, Dhanalakshmi Bank Limited, Kilpauk Branch, Chennai-10, to speak about the genuinity of the Statement of Accounts now produced. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
