Learned counsel for the appellant has brought to the notice of this Court that first respondent/petitioner has filed the writ petition to revalue the answer sheets of the first respondent for the subjects Physics and Mathematics of JEE (Main) 2013 and according to him, the first respondent S.Nelson Prabhakar has completed his course and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the matter. 2/4

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, as nothing further survives for adjudication in the matter, the writ appeal stands dismissed. The issue involved in the writ appeal is left open to be decided in the appropriate case. There will be no order as to costs.
