This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant 'No Objection Certificate' to the petitioner association in order to enable them to redevelop the property.

Heard Mr.A.B.Rajasekaran, learned counsel for petitioner, Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for first respondent, Mr.D.Veerasekaran, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 4 and Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for third respondent.
3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction 2/4
to the fourth respondent to act upon the request made by the petitioner through representation dated 11.06.2025 and do the needful within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
