Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by order dated 18.07.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.8520/2019 in Crl.A.No.832/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SATHIA CHANDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.R.PRATHAP KUMAR (ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 8520 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.832 of 2018 dated 18.07.2019, the present petition has been filed.

2. It is submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without violation.

In view of the above, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8520 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.832 of 2018 dated 18.07.2019, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram once in a month i.e., on the first working day at 10.30 a.m..
