ORDER

This petition is filed for transferring the S.T.C.No.815 of 2022, pending on the file of the Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Poonamallee to the Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court II, Allikulam, Chennai. 1/4

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, though he is challenging the allegation made in the transfer petition, he has no objection in transferring the case to the Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court II, Allikulam, Chennai and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Therefore, the case in S.T.C.No.815 of 2022, pending on the file of the Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Poonamallee is ordered to be transferred to the Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court II, Allikulam, Chennai.

4. The learned Judge, Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Poonamallee is directed to send the records to the Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court II, Allikulam, Chennai and intimate the parties within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
