ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue a "No Objection Certificate" to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour in the name and style of "Ellan Wellness Spa" at No.15, Anumanthakadu, Paarappalaiyam, Mangalam Road, Tiruppur - 641 604, by passing an order on the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he had given a representation on 13.10.2022 to the second respondent police to issue "No Objection Certificate" to run the business of Massage Parlour, SPA, Beauty Parlour in the name and style of "Ellan Wellness Spa" in the above mentioned address; but the said representation was not considered so far.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the alleged representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2022 is not available on the file of the second respondent and the petitioner can be advised to give
fresh representation to the second respondent.
5. In view of the above submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation in person to the second respondent. On receipt of the said representation, the second respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the same, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
