This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioners is directed to appear before the NDPS Court, Chennai, every working day in Crl.O.P.No.19981 of 2024 dated 19.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and the nature of offences involved in this case and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is almost completed and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.

Accordingly, ordered.
