Alleging that the peaceful enjoyment and worship in the Mosque and administration as muthawalli is being disturbed by the private respondents,

it is stated that representation dated 26.08.2023 was sent to the respondents 1 to 3, but no action taken.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the State submitted that the representation will be considered and if there is any law and order problem, appropriate action will be taken against the violators.
