These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 65 days in filling the above Appeal, to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd appellant and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent as the appellants 7 to 9 in the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3.On being satisfied with the averments assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these petitions are allowed.
