The prayer in the Criminal original petition is to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1776 of 2017 on the file of the J.13 Taramani Police Station, Chennai.

2. Even as per the averments made in the petition in paragraph No.21, it is stated by the petitioner himself that the closure report in the case has been filed before the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate on 17.02.2019 itself.

3. The said fact is also confirmed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side). It is also stated by the learned Government Advocate that the RCS notice was served on the petitioner. If that be the case, it will be open for the petitioner to take such steps in the manner known to law against the final report. This belated petition filed in the year 2025 as against the closure of the case in the year 2019, cannot be entertained. Keeping open the liberty of the petitioner to take such steps in the manner known to law as against the final report that is filed, this 2/4
