The fourth petitioner in the Original Petition has filed this application seeking permission to sell the immovable property, which had been described as 'Schedule - A' of the Original Petition, which is a single bedroom residential flat with a built up area of 578 square feet in the Third Floor at the residential project called VGN Temple Town along with 264 square feet of the undivided share of land.

2. The second and third respondents have given their consent. Originally, Letters of Administration had been granted by an order dated 13.09.2022 in O.P. No. 157 of 2021 permitting the petitioner herein to administer the properties of R.Vasantha.

3. Subsequent to that particular order, this petition has been filed to sell the Schedule - A property alone, which is, as stated above, a single bedroom flat. The petitioner was directed to tender evidence and accordingly, she examined herself as PW1 and filed her proof affidavit.

4. Taking into consideration, the nature of evidence recorded, the petition stands allowed. The petitioner is permitted to sell the particular Schedule - A property and she has to distribute the share of the other respondents and file accounts before this Court within a period of two months from effecting such sale. The petitioner must file an affidavit of compliance of that direction of this Court. 20.06.2024 Maya
