When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.11.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". Accordingly, the matter is listed today. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 submitted that the representation of the petitioner was considered that the same was also communicated to the petitioner and that may be the reason for non-appearance of the petitioner.

3. The submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 3 is recorded. Since there is no representation for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
