The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.08.2023 for the offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act, 1995 as amended by Act 9/2001, on the file of the respondent Police, in Crime No.273 of 2023, seeks bail.

2.It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in judicial custody for more than 60 days and that the final report has not yet been filed.
