This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of the crime No.4 of 2020 before the Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kattumannarkoil, Cuddalore District made in Crl.O.P.No.16520 of 2023 dated 24.07.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. I am not inclined to modify the condition imposed by this Court earlier, since I find that the total amount involved is above Rs.35 lakhs which fact was not clearly stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. However, time is granted for deposit of such amount of Rs.1,50,000/- till 08.12.2023.

5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
