ORDER
The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No. 897/2016 dated 19.12.2016, on the file of the first respondent 2.Heard both sides.
3. The grounds raised by the learned counsel for the petitioners are touching upon only the disputed facts of the complaint. This court exercising the powers under Section 482 Cr.PC, cannot go into such disputed facts. It is only for the investigating officer to look into such facts.
