This petition has been filed for extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed as per the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.21800 of 2023 by order dated 12.12.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the petitioners and the reasons stated in the affidavit that due to ill-health, the petitioners were unable to comply with the conditions and also taking into consideration the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to grant the extension of time for a period of one month. Accordingly, ordered.
