Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2022 seeking to accept the FORM-VII and other related records and pass orders within the stipulated time as that may be fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the second respondent, the District Registrar (Administration), Tiruppur to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2022 wherein the petitioner has sought acceptance of Form VII as well as other records.

2.Mr.UM.Ravichandran, who appears on behalf of the official respondents i.e. Inspector General of Registration and District Registrar (Administration)/R1 and R2 respectively does not dispute the receipt of the representation, in light of acknowledgement that is placed at page 75 of the accompanying typed set. There is no representation on behalf of the private

respondents, as service is incomplete. However, this order takes note of their interests as well.

3.In light of the consent expressed by the learned Special Government Pleader, mandamus is issued to R2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.06.2022, hear the petitioner as well as the private respondents and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four (4) weeks from date of first hearing. 4.This writ petition is disposed as above. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
