O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to recall the non bailable warrant issued by the learned VII Additional City Civil Court and Sessions Judge, Chennai, in S.C.No.107 of 2018.

2. The petitioners are arrayed as accused in S.C.No.107 of 2018, on the file of the learned VII Additional City Civil Court and Sessions Judge, Chennai, for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 336, 427, 397, 506(ii) @ 341, 294(b), 392 r/w 397, 506(ii) r/w 34 of IPC.

3. The petitioners were absent during the trial in S.C.No.107 of 2018, on the file of the learned VII Additional City Civil Court and Sessions Judge, Chennai. Therefore non bailable warrant came to be issued on 11.08.2023.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned VII Additional City Civil Court and Sessions Judge, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from today and file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
