This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24879 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022, passed by this Court that the petitioner shall stay at Thanjavur and report before the Inspector of Police, Thanjavur Town Police Station everyday at 10.30.a.m., and 05.30.p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioner have been complying with the conditions.
