This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.4(b) of an order, dated 26.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16555 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till the framing of charges and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates except for unforeseen circumstances.
