PRAYER : Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing 1st to 3rd respondents to hold Enquiry with 4th to 6th respondents on the issue of fraud committed in accounts numbers in 151905004709, 462505000036, 179505007231, 159705001808, 101405030221 of 7th respondents ICICI Bank Branches and to recover Petitioner's Amount from the Account Holders. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to hold an inquiry based on the complaint given by the petitioner on the alleged fraud committed by the respondents 4 to 6.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the jurisdictional police is not the 1st and 2nd respondents and that the petitioner must give a complaint before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime - Central Crime Branch, Tambaram, Tambaram Commissionerate. On receipt of the complaint, the same will be enquired and acted upon in accordance with law.

3.In the light of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit the complaint before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime - Central Crime Branch, Tambaram, Tambaram Commissionerate. The Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime - Central Crime Branch, Tambaram, Tambaram Commissionerate shall enquire the complaint and proceed further in accordance with law.
