This writ petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.604 of 2017, dated 18.11.2017, on the file of the 1st respondent Police.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel on either side submitted that the FIR has been closed as 'mistake of facts' and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
