W.M.P.No.28250 of 2022 in W.P.No.28948 of 2022 W.M.P.No.28250 of 2022 in W.P.No.28948 of 2022 M.SUNDAR,J., and HEMANT CHANDANGOUDAR, J., (Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR.J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original reply letter vide Na.Ka.No.393/2019 dated 07.07.2022 issued by the first respondent' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the petitioner is not having the original impugned reply dated 07.07.2022 and hence, he is unable to file the same. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to a portion of paragraph 13 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows:

'13. I state that I don't have the original impugned reply letter dated 07.07.2022 and hence I am unable to file the same for the present....'

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
