The Accused had been secured and produced before the Court by the Inspector of Police, Annamalai Police Station. As per the statement of the Accused/Appellant, he had served four and half years in prison. 2.Mr.Sivakumar, (Roll No.828/1996, Mobile No.9444162577) learned Counsel present in Court offers to appear for the Appellant/Accused as nominated Counsel by the Accused/Appellant. Further, he would submit that the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has to report regarding any order by the Court to release the Accused on probation of offenders. Also, through learned Additional Public Prosecutor, a communication to be sent to the Central Prison, Coimbatore regarding period of detention undergone by the Accused in S.C.No.241 of 2013 and in Crime No.

81 of 2013 on the file of the Annamalai Police Station, Coimbatore District, Valparai Sub Division, originally registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. The Superintendent, Central Prison, Coimbatore is directed to furnish the details of the period of remand and the period of detention, whether he had been released on good conduct or on probation, subsequent to the conviction in S.C.No.

on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Coimbatore. The report shall be sent to this Court through e-mail through the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to receive on or before 14.07.2023. 3.Meanwhile, the Registry is directed to furnish the copy of the typed set of papers to the learned Counsel who is appearing on behalf of the Appellant/Accused.

4.Post the case on 14.07.2023.
