A.No.5769 of 2023 in C.S. DR No.137156 of 2019 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J, This application has been filed seeking leave to sue the respondents/defendants, who reside outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that though the defendants reside outside the jurisdiction of this Court, as part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of the court and the defamatory articles have been circulated within the jurisdiction of this Court, he seeks leave to sue the defendants.

2. Considering the fact that part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this court and the defamatory articles have also been circulated within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
