The petitioner has come forward challenging the order passed by the second respondent made in A.R.C.No.38 of 2003 dated 28.7.2003 and as confirmed in Appeal by the third-respondent and communicated in Letter No.6091/G/04-1 dated 06.04.2004 and seeking a direction to the third respondent to hear the Appeal on merits, after giving opportunity to the petitioners to put forth their cases.

2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 04.09.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 06.09.2017 (today).

3. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P.No.16058 of 2004 is closed.
