This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1,2 and 4 to provide necessary police protection to fence the land in Survey No.77/5 to an extent of 54 cents situated at Shoolagiri Village and Taluk, Krishnagiri District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.09.2023. 2.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that if any request for police protection is made and if such protection is required, then, the same will be provided according to the undertaking from the petitioner.
