This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing Revision against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1748 of 2025 by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, for Exclusive Trial of CCB Cases relating to cheating case to Chennai and CBCID Metro Cases, Egmore, Chennai in Cr.No.4 of 2018 on the file of the CBCID, Metro Wing, Chennai, dated 16.04.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 11 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
