ORDER

Heard Mr.P.S.Raman, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr.Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner; and Ms.Indhu Karunakaran, learned counsel for the respondents/contemnors.

2.Mr.M.Palaniaapan, the 2nd contemnor is present in Court.

3.It is submitted by the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner that nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition, as the main company petition in Company Petition No.253 of 2015 has been disposed of and the company application for extension of time in Company Application No.814 of 2017 has been dismissed by order dated 29.11.2018.

4.In the light of the above, the contempt petition stands closed. It is well open to the respondents to negotiate with the petitioner and workout an amicable solution in the matter. No costs.
