ORDER

The learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by the Writ Court in W.P.No.35854 of 2004 dated 15.04.2019 has been complied with.

2. In view of the said submission, the disobedience alleged against the respondent may not be termed to be willful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
