2. With the consent of both the parties the matter was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras, for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties. Accordingly, settlement was arrived at between the parties and a Mediation Report of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras, along with a Settlement Agreement dated 30.04.2026 entered into between the parties, duly signed by both the parties and their counsels, is filed and the same is recorded.

3. The Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal in C.M.S.A.No. 66 of 2025 is disposed of in accordance with the Settlement Agreement arrived at between the parties in the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court of Madras. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree in C.M.S.A.No. 66 of 2025.
