These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by orders dated 08.08.2023 & 08.09.2023 in Crl.M.P.Nos.11633 & 14283 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14600 of 2023 respectively.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on the 1st Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet and thereafter as directed by the trial Court.
