This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 21.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.8168 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.10724 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the respondent Police once in every month i.e., on 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for further three occasions and thereafter, once in every two months till filing of the final report and thereafter, as directed by the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
