The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 09.10.2017 and to direct the first respondent to allot the lands excluding the petitioner's land for the proposal of installation of Power Substation of electricity Department in accordance with law. 2.On an earlier two occasions, when the matter was taken on 03.11.2022 and 09.11.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and hence, the case was again directed to be listed on 11.11.2022 under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Accordingly, this case was listed today under the caption 'For dismissal'.

3. Even today (11.11.2022), when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in person or through counsel.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
