This petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur, Dharmapuri District to number the petition under Section 468 of Cr.P.C, filed by the petitioner and pass order within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court in Crime No.1087 of 2007 on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court, at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
