ORDER

The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2024.

2. The petitioner is the first defendant in O.S.No.269 of 2016. The 1/4

Suit has been filed way back in the year 2016 and even as early as on 16.03.2018, the Suit has been disposed of. However, the first defendant/petitioner herein had filed an application in I.A.No.1 of 2024 which is still pending. The petitioner had filed this revision petition seeking speedy disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2024. In the light of the fact that the Suit has been filed way back in the year 2016 and also disposed of in the year 2018, I am inclined to allow this revision and accordingly, I direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Poonamallee to conduct enquiry, hear the learned counsel for the parties and dispose of I.A.No.1 of 2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
