ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.15 of 2015 on the file of 3rd Respondent police to CBCID for making fair investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a closure report before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem on 29.02.2018.

3. In view of the above, it is left open to the petitioner to file a protest petition before the concerned Court and work out his remedy in accordance with law.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
