ORDER

The petitioner has come forward challenging the notice No.009682 dated 20.08.2002 issued by the third respondent and seeking to issue direction to the Commissioner, Dharmapuri to assess property tax as resolved by the Municipal Council, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Dharmapuri in resolution No.194 dated 29.01.2002.

2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing on 04.09.2017, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 06.09.2017 (today).

3. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
