This is a petition to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the fair and decretal order dated 02.04.2018 in R.C.O.P.No.1069 of 2015 on the file of the XV Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that, the original order i.e., a certified copy in question had already been filed before the Rent Control Appellate Authority and thereafter, the present revision since has been filed against the order passed by the Rent Control Appellate Authority, the petitioner is not able to produce the original certified copy of the RCOP order passed by the original authority.

3.In view of the same, the petition is ordered and accordingly, it is dispensed with.
