3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appering for the respondents, on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.195/2016, RCS.No.4 of 2016 has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kallakurichi.

4. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout her remedy in the manner known to law.
