Challenge in the main appeal is made to the order dated 13.08.2009 recorded on W.P.No.2962 of 2019. The said writ appeal is by the unsuccessful writ petitioner. The present petition is for being impleaded as party respondent in the said writ appeal.

Learned advocate for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the finding recorded by learned Single Judge, more particularly in para : 27 of the order and has submitted that, the student referred therein (by name) is the petitioner herself and she be heard. 3.

For the above reason, this petition needs to be and is allowed. 4.

Cause title be amended accordingly.
