2. Both counsels namely Ms.Shima Thangavelu representing Mr.N.Elayaraja and Mr.B.Gopalakrishnan for Mr.B.Kumarasamy agreed that all the articles have been exchanged in terms of compromise memo. Since the matter has been settled, no further orders are necessary.
