ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.167 of 2015, on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell - II, Vepery, Chennai.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after the completion of investigation, a final report has been filed in C.C.No.3 of 2018, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Land Grabbing, Thiruvallur.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives in this petition. There shall be a direction to the learned Special Court for Land Grabbing, Thiruvallur, to immediately transfer the entire case to the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
