2. It is now clarified that liberty is also granted to the revision petitioner to file an additional written statement. Accordingly, upon receipt of the document, the revision petitioner is granted liberty to file an additional written statement within a period of four (4) weeks.

3. The relevant paragraph in the order shall stand substituted as follows:

"9. The 1st respondent /plaintiff is directed to furnish copies of the additional documents to the revision petitioner /2nd defendant, if not already furnished and a liberty is granted to the revision petitioner to file an additional written statement. Accordingly, upon receipt of the document, the revision petitioner is granted liberty to file an additional written statement within a period of four (4) weeks."

4. The Registry is directed to incorporate the above paragraph as Paragraph No.9 in the order dated 10.04.2026 in CRP.No.3603 of 2025 and issue a fresh copy of the order to the parties forthwith.

5. In all other respects, the order dated 02.03.2026 passed in the above Civil Revision Petition shall remain unaltered. 29-04-2026 JRS
