(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges that private respondent nos.5 and 6 have encroached on a cart track of land situated in S.No.85/5 of Puthupalayam, Valapadi Taluk, Salem District and despite his last representation dated 17.06.2016, no action has been taken. 2.We direct the second and third respondents to cause an inspection to be made of the area within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of the order and if encroachment is found, to take action in accordance with law after notice to all concerned and conclude the same within a maximum period of two (2) months thereafter.
