The defacto complainant is the mother of the second accused alleging that her daughter and son-in-law had grabbed her money, ill treating her, threatening her to kill her by poisoning, has given a complaint.

2. It is contended that the complaint is a concocted one lodged after seven years of the alleged occurrence.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the allegations made in the quash petition will be taken note by the Investigating Officer and investigation will be done appropriately and final report will be filed within a reasonable time.

4. Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the allegation and counter allegations including the voluntariness of the complaint, since it is made by the mother against her own daughter and son-in-law and file a 2/4

final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
