2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent/Police states that on completion of investigation in Crime No.174 of 2024, final report was filed through e-filing on 28.09.2024 in e-filing No.LTN-202400551 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai.

3. Since the first respondent/Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
