This petition is filed with a prayer not to harass the petitioner.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government 1/4

Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that a petition has been received with reference to a land dispute and for enquiry, the petitioner's presence is needed.

3. In reply thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that already with reference to the same dispute, earlier a complaint was given to the first respondent and when it is enquired and closed, now the second petition is given. Be that as it may, let the petitioner appear before the respondent on 20.08.2025 and place the same also on record and the respondent shall consider the same also and complete the enquiry.
