ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to issued Sale Deed to the petitioner for Plot No.48 of extent 71.44 square meters, comprised in Block No.34, TS No.2/Part, Sasthri Nagar, Madhavaram Village, Madhavaram Taluk, Thiruvallur District. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner submitted her representation before the Estate Officer2. After bifurcation, the jurisdiction of the petitioner's plot has come into the jurisdiction of the Estate Officer-3. Therefore, if the petitioner submitted fresh representation before the Estate Officer-3, it will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to

submit fresh representation before the Estate Officer-3, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. On receipt of the same, the Estate Officer-3 is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no orders as to costs.
